I recently worked with a Yvette during an especially difficult time in our lives. After my mother-in-law passed away, we found ourselves at a crossroads. Uncertain whether to purchase her home from the other siblings or remain, where we were Yvette, immediately sprung into action expertly, determining both the value of my mother in law's home and the cost of fully renovated homes in the area.
